The Competitive Grants program is offered for both research and non-research programs and initiatives within the Royal Children’s Hospital and Children's Health Service District (RCH & CHSD). Funds are channelled to high priority needs and initiatives that create wonderful outcomes for sick children.
The Children's Health Foundation supports non-research initiatives at the Royal Children’s Hospital and Children's Health Service District as well as equipment and projects in regional hospitals throughout Queensland. The Queensland Children’s Medical Research Institute also has an annual calendar for grants. This funding has generously been provided by the Children's Health Foundation.
To be eligible to receive QCMRI funding, applicants are required to formally become members of the Institute. This includes all chief investigators listed on funding applications. Please contact QCMRI for further information. Members will be required to acknowledge their affiliation with QCMRI in all publications, presentations and external funding applications.
