Non-Research Grants

General Grants

The RCH Foundation funds grants for innovative projects that improve health outcomes for children. Projects that support the philosophy of family centred care; or provide community education in prevention of illness and disease are encouraged.

Applications are open to any Royal Children’s Hospital and Children's Health Service District staff. Applications are considered twice yearly with rounds closing 1 April and 1 September. Interested applicants are encouraged to discuss their projects with their supervisor and the RCH Foundation prior to submitting the appropriate application form.

Regional Grants

Each year the RCH Foundation allocates funds to support patients and families in our regional communities. Regional hospital staff are encouraged to apply for grants for equipment and projects that will improve health outcomes for children in their local community.
