What We Do

Progress reports

All RCHF grant recipients are required to report on progress throughout the duration of the grant, as well as one final report once the grant has concluded.

Grant recipients must complete all reporting forms in full and ensure all reports are signed and dated, and by your supervisor.

These reports should be submitted on time as agreed to, under the terms and conditions and to ensure continuity of funding for the term of the grant.

Forward progress reports to the Foundation in both hard copy and by email.

Where grant funding has been awarded solely for the purchase of equipment, complete the Equipment - Final Acquital form. It is a mandatory requirement to include a photo of the equipment awarded with your report prior to submission to the Foundation.
