What is fit4fun?
fit4fun is a fun program run by the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation. It's something you can do with your class, school, after school group or family. You get to eat healthy food, get active, have fun, and help sick kids at the same time! You can also win heaps of great prizes!
How does it work?
fit4fun is run during one week in May - your teacher or group leader will let you know which week. Then just follow these three steps.
- During your fit4fun week, set one healthy activity goal and one physical activity goal. For example, your physical activity goal might be - to play soccer for one hour every day, and your healthy eating goal could be - to eat an apple every day.
- Ask your family and friends to sponsor you to motivate you to achieve your goals. You can tell them that the money you raise will help the Children's Nutrition Research Centre. Plus you could win some great prizes for your efforts too.
- Once you've completed your fit4fun week, collect the money and hand in to your teacher to win great prizes.
What information do I get?
