Workplace giving

Workplace Giving is a simple and effective way for employees to regularly support sick kids at the Royal Children’s Hospital.

It involves little time, effort or hassle, and provides busy people with an avenue to help their community.

How it works

  • Employees nominate The Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation to receive a gift for a specific amount directly from their pay.
  • Gifts are deducted each pay period before tax.
  • As gifts are processed through employee pay, and the tax benefit is pre-tax, everyone receives an immediate tax deduction, removing the hassle of collecting, keeping and claiming receipts.

The employer also gains recognition for their involvement, and acknowledgment for the total funds raised.

For the price of a coffee, cake or soft drink each week, together we can make a significant difference to the lives of sick children throughout Queensland.
