Do you have any special skills or talents? Entertainment Services provides a variety of activities for the kids and we are always looking to expand. Special skills and talents are also required for many of the Special Projects (eg, interpreting). You could also pass on your skills to other volunteers through a volunteer workshop. Let us know what you can do!! Examples include face painting, anything crafty, singing, dancing, playing an instrument, sports, computers and telephone work.

You may choose ONE of the following service areas. Special Projects can be selected in conjunction with another service, or as your only service.
	Wonder Factory
	Information Desk
	Special Projects (Can only be selected as an additional service)
	Book Bunker (must be qualified librarian or have extensive book knowledge)

	Massage Therapy (must be qualified masseuse)

Unsuccessful or late applications will not be held.
Successful applicants who do not RSVP or attend the interview or first training module will not be contacted further and applications not held.
Training must be completed in 6 months (records will not be kept beyond this point).
Commencement on shift must be within 3 months of completing training or receipt of Blue Card.
Probation is 3 months from commencement on shift (RCHF reserves the right to extend this period dependant on performance and regular attendance).
Volunteer employment will be terminated if 3 consecutive shifts are missed without RCHF being notified of the intended absence.
The Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation reserves the right to decline a volunteer application.
A willingness to acquire a valid working with children Blue Suitability Card
