Book Bunker

The Book Bunker is a new service offered through Royal Children's Hospital Foundation which is sponsored by Scholastics Australia. We have created a small library for patients and their siblings to borrow a book.

Volunteers will run the library which will include a loans trolley, plus regular reading sessions with kids either on the front lawn or by the bedside.

Volunteers will need to have librarian qualifications or an extensive knowledge or history working with books. Training will be provided on the library software.
