2008 Kids' Christmas Appeal

Christmas is fast approaching - the time of year when kids are writing letters to Santa, and counting the days until he arrives. But for some children who are battling serious illness and injury, this Christmas will be spent in hospital.

The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation Kids' Christmas Appeal raises vital funds for kids throughout the state who need specialised medical treatment.

Funds go towards groundbreaking medical research to find faster diagnoses, more effective treatments and ultimately cures that will improve the care and treatment of sick kids.

Funds also assist with the resourcing and running of the Wonder Factory - our children's entertainment room where kids can play in a fun and safe environment, away from the stresses of hospital life.
