It's that time of year again when we are getting ready for the b105 Christmas Appeal. This year, the appeal is celebrating a very special milestone - its 15th anniversary of working wonders for sick kids at the Royal Children's Hospital.
b105's Labby and Camilla launched the 15th annual b105 Christmas Appeal this week at the Myer Centre Cinemas. To celebrate this special occasion, our good friends from Walt Disney Pictures donated a preview screening of their Christmas movie, a reimagining of the Charles Dickens classic, 'A Christmas Carol' to the b105 Christmas Appeal.
Past donors of the appeal and families from the Royal Children's Hospital came along to enjoy the event. Carlton, one of the patients from the Royal Children's Hospital was even lucky enough to chat on stage with Labby and Camilla and help them to launch the appeal.
With just over a month until the appeal kicks into full-swing, Labby said that he was very excited with all that they have planned. "It is going to be bigger and better than ever," he said.
So stay tuned for more information about the b105 Christmas Appeal and how you can help celebrate its 15th anniversary and work wonders for sick kids.
