How do I register?

1. Register your interest to participate on our website or contact the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation on (07) 3852 1199
2. Once you have expressed interest in participating, you will be sent the Terms & Conditions for the '7 Wonders Challenge' as well as the Trip Registration form to complete and send back.
3. You will also be required to pay a $400 registration fee (please note the registration fee is not tax deductible) made payable to World Expeditions to secure your place on the trip. Your registration fee will be deducted from your trip costs.

When is the cut off to register?
The cut off to register and deadline to complete your fundraising is 70 days prior to travel on 15 July 2011. If you register on this date you will need to personally donate the fundraising element of your trip to the Foundation. We encourage you to register as early as possible so that you have plenty of time to plan and execute your fundraising activities.

How much does the trip cost and when are the trip costs due?
Based on 15+ participants taking part, the travel cost is $3,690 per person including your $400 registration fee, meals, accommodation, flights, transfers at destination, tour guide and activities. This cost is subject to change in the event that less than 15 participants register. Payment of your trip cost is due 60 days prior to travel on 25 July 2011. Additional costs you will incur include personal travel insurance (compulsory), personal gear and equipment necessary for a trip of this nature, and you may also need a little money for the odd lunch and or/dinner on your trip, although most meals are covered.

I can’t afford the registration fee or trip costs. Can I fundraise to pay for my trip?
It is our policy that you cannot raise the money to pay for trip costs, therefore you will be responsible for paying your trip costs and registration fee. Your registration fee will be deducted from your trip costs. Please note that the registration fee will be payable to World Expeditions when you return your trip registration form to the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation.

How much do I have to fundraise and by when?
You will be required to fundraise a minimum of $3,000 for the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation by 15 July 2011 to depart for your trip on 23 September 2011.

What happens if I don’t raise the full amount?
If you do not raise the required amount you will forfeit your place on the '7 Wonders Challenge' Nepal trip, and the $400 registration fee. You will be required to immediately forward any money you have raised to the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation.

You do have the option to personally donate the money to reach your fundraising target.
