Information Desk

Foundation volunteers staff the Information Desk at the Royal Children’s Hospital, and help make a family's stay less stressful by assisting with enquiries, escorting them throughout the hospital, and providing a friendly face.

Our friendly volunteers escort families and visitors to their required destination, assemble folders for medical records, help with administrative work such as mail outs, distributing promotional material, selling merchandise and provide assistance to the physiotherapy department as a spotter at the hydrotherapy pool.
