Liam's big day

Liam and his dad Angus after Running4Research. Liam reached his goal of raising $5000, and your support will help researchers find cures for rare diseases, such as Liam's autoimmune enteropathy.

Running4Research

Thank you for your fantastic support of this year’s Running4Research! A record crowd of 800 runners and walkers turned up despite the rain, to help us reach our highest ever fundraising total!

A special thank you to all those who donated and fundraised in support of Liam – even the cloudy skies and rain couldn’t dampen the smile on his face on the day. Liam’s mum Natasha sent us this special message for you all:

"I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to each and every person that got behind Liam and the Running4Research fun run. It was unbelievable the amount of support we have received. I am in awe on the amount of people that still braved the weather and came along regardless. Also a huge thank you to all the volunteers that have been part of this wonderful event."

The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation works wonders for sick kids by investing in ground breaking research, faster diagnoses, better treatments and ultimately cures!
