Comings and Goings

This week the Wonder Factory Crew welcomes Cherelle Slater, Lisa Jensen, Grace Miller, Naomi Ham, Joshua Ganim and Morgan Higgin.

The Wonder Factory crew  say farewell to Janelle Oakes and Roselyn Trott this week. We would like to congratulate Janelle Oakes who is expecting her first child and Roselyn Trott our lovely French volunteer who started off as a play scheme volunteer and has been playing with the children at the Royal Children’s hospital for the past 10 years. We will miss her singing us Happy Birthday in French.

The Easter Bunny Visits the RCH

On Wednesday  we had a noisy delivery of easter eggs, from the Easter Bunny escorted by twenty Police Bikes and several patrol cars. Between all the wards, visits to outpatient areas and the kids visiting the thirteen bikes on the front lawn we handed out almost 500 eggs that were donated by the MASK Foundation!

Last Friday was the Kid's Easter Party hosted by Pip from Channel Ten's Totally wild. We had a visit from the Easter Bunny who arrived driving a huge stretch Hummer. The kids got to enjoy the Petting Zoo and Pebo and Dagwood the Clowns as well as Hot Cross Buns donated by Bakers Delight

Useless Fact of the Week
