21 September  2011

If you cannot attend either of these sessions there will opportunities for you to complete this before or after your usual rostered shift. Please speak with you Supervisor to make arrangements.

This training is mandatory and is a legal requirement.  If you have not completed your training please speak to your Supervisor as any volunteers that have not completed the training by 24 September will be taken off the roster.

Comings and Goings

This week we welcome Liana, Ashlee, Julie, Alexandra, Shane, Ellie and Catherine to the Wonder Factory.

Volunteer Tip of the Week

Security lanyards identifying you as an RCHF volunteer MUST NOT be taken home.  They are collected at the commencement of your shift and must be worn on the outside of your clothes (over your volunteer t-shirt or purple apron).  At the end of your shift they must be returned.  Each lanyard is accounted for and any that we cannot locate are identified to secuirty and cancelled.

Photo of the Week

Scales, Jaws and Claws delighted the kids last week when we received another visit from Justin and his friends.  In this week's photo of the week we have Amariah showing us just how easy it is to nurse one of Justin's scaly friends!
