Running 4 Research
Want to get active, have fun and work wonders for sick kids?
The Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation’s annual fun run, Running4Research, is just around the corner and we would love you be part of this great family event!
Held at Roma Street Parklands on Sunday 26 June, there is something for everyone with 10km, 5km and 1.5km events, as well as a jumping castle, face painting, sausage sizzle and more.

Volunteer Tip of the Week
Ward Visits
· Trolleys should take no longer then ten minutes to stack with a selection of toys. Once your Supervisor has advised which ward to visit, stack the trolley and be leaving the WF and on your way to the ward within ten minutes of receiving notification.
· Take plastic bags with you and put any used resources in the plastic bag to ensure clean toys and the trolley are not contaminated.
· Collect used resources that are ready for return .
· Unpack the trolley upon return and wash the used resources and return clean items to the resource cupboard.
